StoryCraft New Edition (Filemaker version)

Building on the success of the first generation of StoryCraft (now referred to as StoryCraft Classic) we have rewritten the program from the ground up in FileMaker Pro . This version offers to writers a greatly enhanced program for character and plot development that is based on the popular Jarvis screenwriting method developed by John Jarvis.

Our Filemaker runtime application is designed to work on both Mac and Windows.

Text developed within StoryCraft can be exported to your favorite word processor for finishing touches and advanced page formatting.

The demo version can contain 1 story, 4 characters and 4 chapters of your story; the export/import and print options are disabled.

Important: This Filemaker version “StoryCraft New Edition” is no longer supported (but still available for MacOS and Windows OS) and will not receive updates any longer. The new upcoming version will be “StoryCraft – the Jarvis Method”, developed in Xojo and expected to be available in 2026. This version will be for macOS only and is open right now for beta testers.
